This policy explains what ARV Residency does with the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry or a message we receive your name, WhatsApp number, travel dates, room choice, number of guests and anything you type in the optional fields (city, special requirements, message). We also store the internet address the form was sent from, to stop spam.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you about your stay, to confirm or change a booking, and to keep a record of bookings for our own accounts. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

WhatsApp

When you send an enquiry, WhatsApp opens with your message. What happens inside WhatsApp is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies

The website uses one small cookie that keeps the booking form secure. It is removed when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts, then deleted.
